The Shift

I spent 22 years being the best in one room. Now I bring the best in every room.

For two decades I sold my hands — me, in the gym, trading time for outcome. It taught me one thing: the training was almost never the bottleneck.

My clients had a great trainer, a nutritionist, a doctor — none of them talking to each other. I could write the best program on earth; if the nutrition fought it, it didn't matter. The problem was never a missing expert. It was the absence of anyone running them as one.

So I changed the job — from the best person in one room to the one who directs the best people in every room.

The Arc

From coach to principal.

The craft

22+ years coaching executives and athletes. The reps that earned the judgment everything rests on.

The realization

The best clients, with access to everyone, kept plateauing. Not from missing expertise — from missing integration.

The model

CAA built the answer for talent: one operator, a vetted roster, the agency owning the relationship. Nobody had built it for human performance.

The agency

Program Delta Performance Group — the relationship layer that routes, preps, synthesizes, and holds the standard while specialists execute their lanes.

The Standard

Curation, not menu choice.

Every named partner was chosen personally — vetted through real relationships, not a directory. If a vertical isn't ready, you're told plainly.

The belief underneath it all: the body is built to work as one system. The job is to honor that — synchronize every input so you operate the way you were designed to.

The Home of the Work

Where the system gets built.

Training, recovery, and the standard — under one roof, by design.
